Vice presidential positions on the JULIE, Inc. Board of Directors are non-voting positions.  Their primary role is to assist the corresponding voting director for their constituency group by providing input on issues considered at both the board committee and board level.  In most cases, vice presidents assume the voting director position at the conclusion of a director's three-year term. 

JULIE, Inc. strives to minimize the time commitment for all of our board members.  Consequently, each board member is minimally required to serve on one committee.  All committees annually meet four times or less and since our board members come from every corner of the state, committee members can participate in committee meetings via teleconference calls.  Further, the board only meets in full session four times a year and again teleconferencing is available for those meetings.
