JULIE's Damage Prevention Managers, Ray Muhs (Southern IL), Dave Van Wy (Northern IL), and  Dale Kuhn (Central IL) are available to answer questions regarding the state law, JULIE policies, the JULIE system and member and excavator  issues.

Along with other members of the Public Relations staff, our Damage Prevention Managers conduct presentations at excavator safety meetings throughout the state and represent JULIE at conferences, conventions, trade shows, and meetings to inform the public about the operation, purpose and effectiveness of JULIE.
