Mr.Proszek is a trial attorney with more than 20 years of litigation experience and has successfully represented utility owners in claims concerning damage to underground facilities in 30 states. 

Mr. Proszek has given presentation on damages, investigation and documentation of claims at numerous industry forums and for individual clients across the country and serves as an advisory director of Oklahoma One-Call Systems, Inc.
