 CURRENT WRTE USERS
Excavators currently using Web Remote Ticket Entry (OCARS) who want to continue to enter locates remotely using the Newtin method will require retraining.  Please contact the JULIE Data Department at 815-741-5011 to schedule training.

 NEW USERS
Excavators interested in becoming a remote user can contact the JULIE Data Department at 815-741-5011 to set up a training time.
