Now you can enter your own locate request tickets!

Any person excavating can now enter their own locate request tickets through E-Request.  Users must have a valid e-mail address to receive confirmation information from JULIE, Inc. along with general information pertaining to the excavation project.  E-Request is designed for single address excavations only and is limited to two locates requests per day. 

Through this quick and easy process, submitted requests will be processed by JULIE before the start of the next business day.  The legal start date and time will then be 48 hours (two working days) from the time that JULIE processes your locate request.

Please note that your locate request is not valid until you receive a confirmation via e-mail from JULIE, Inc. with a start date and time.  If you have any questions about your locate request ticket, simply call 811 or 800-892-0123.
