Non-JULIE Members |
|
| While all underground utility
owners, except for rural electric cooperatives and railroads, are required by
state law to participate in the Illinois One-Call System there may still be some
underground facility owners/operators who are not members of JULIE.
For that reason, all underground facilities may not be included in the
location notification request. Therefore, you are encouraged to search
the area for non-JULIE members and notify them on your own.
