REMOTE TICKET ENTRY

Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) is a program that lets excavators who frequently call JULIE enter their own locate requests.

Benefits of Using Remote Ticket Entry

  • It is fast, easy and convenient. RTE users directly enter their locate requests via the Internet from their work, home office or vehicle without delay or interruptions
  • RTE users can conveniently print out the member codes on their locate request ticket
  • Eliminates confusion about what was requested on the locate request
  • RTE users have access to the same mapping system and drop-down screens used by JULIE call center agents
  • Provides access to previous locate requests
  • RTE training is available at no cost
  • Ticket available on site in case of damage to underground lines
