POLICY RESOLUTION #09-01 Requiring JULIE Customers to Provide Geographic "Place" Information required Under the Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act. JULIE shall immediately discontinue the practice of assisting callers who are not able to provide dig site "place" information as required by Illinois state law.  Customers with incomplete information will have their request suspended and will be encouraged to research their dig site location and call back to JULIE within the same day.    Effective:  March 18, 2009

POLICY RESOLUTION #09-02

Approving JULIE's Participation in the State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services' Joint Purchasing Program.

JULIE, Inc. staff shall complete all required registration and membership documents of the Illinois Department of Management Services to become an active participant in the State of Illinois Joint Purchasing Program.      Effective:  November 18, 2009
