Midwest Regional Utility Locate Rodeo

This year, the Midwest Regional Utility Locate Rodeo will only allow 40 competitors - 10 for each divisional event (Gas, Electric, Water and Telecommunications). Your best chance to be there is to register now before your event closes. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers, judges and competitors.

If you need a hotel room, please go to Accommodations for specific information.

All competitors are required to check-in at Planet Underground on June 18, 2008 between 4 PM - 5 PM and attend the Mandatory Rules Meeting at 5:15 PM

A $75.00 nonrefundable registration fee applies.

How to Complete Your Registration

	When you hit the "Submit" button below, a Competitor Invoice will appear.
	Print out two copies of this Invoice. Send one copy with your Registration Fee of $75.00 and retain the other for your records.
	Make a check or money order payable to: JULIE, Inc./Rodeo.
	Mail your Registration Fee and a copy of the Invoice to: JULIE, Inc.; PO Box 2800; Bedford Park, IL 60499-2800.
