IL Toll Hwy Authority
The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) operates separately from The Illinois One-Call System.  Excavators working near IDOT facilities are required to contact them two (2) business days prior to the start of their excavation project in order for IDOT to mark their buried facilities. 

 IDOT District 1 - McHenry, Lake, Cook, DuPage, Kane and Will Counties
If your excavation project is in IDOT District 1 six-county area, please call 773/287-7600, Ext. 2 two (2) working days prior to the start of your excavation.  IDOT will send their locating crews to the site to mark their traffic signals or other lighting facilities. 

Please remember:  Excavators are still required to contact JULIE two (2) working days in advance of their project so that all other utilities in the area can be notified.
