The Illinois State
Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) operates separately from The Illinois One-Call
System. Excavators working near ISTHA facilities are required to
contact them four (4) business days prior to the start of their excavation
project in order for ISTHA to mark their buried facilities.

All completed request forms should be faxed to Utility
Permit Section at 630/271-7568.
Please remember: Excavators are still required to contact JULIE two (2) working days in
advance of their project so that all other utilities in the area can be
notified.
