Please be aware that ownership of street lights at a dig site is not known by JULIE operators or staff. Street lights may be owned by any one of the following: 

1.  The electric utility
2.  The local municipality
3.  The subdivision developer
4.  The property owner

For this reason, if you know that your excavation will take place where street lights are present, you may want to specifically request that these facilities be marked or that the owner contacts you. This may be done in the "Remarks" portion of your locate request. However, be prepared to make additional phone calls to determine ownership of street lights and to schedule these lines to be located.
