Remote Ticket Entry (RTE)

Newtin Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) is a program that allows excavators who frequently call JULIE the convenience of entering their own locate requests. 

Benefits of Using Remote Ticket Entry
Free, fast and convenient
RTE users directly enter their locate requests on their computer or laptop via the Internet from their work, home office or vehicle.
RTE users can conveniently enter their requests anytime-24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no delays or interruptions. 
Print dig ticket information for job folder
State law requires survey of job site to ensure address and extent are correct. 
Provides list of members contacted
No need to write them down.  RTE users conveniently print out their locate request ticket with the member codes listed. 
Compare to marks at the dig site. 
Retain dig ticket as proof of call
Ticket available on site in case of damage to facilities.
No confusion about what was requested on the locate request. 
Maps and drop-down screens
RTE users have access to the same mapping system and drop-down screens used by JULIE operators. 
Access to previous locate requests
RTE users have the option to access locate requests their company previously entered into the system. 
Quick and easy training
RTE training is available at no cost.
Excavators must have Internet access.
