Newtin Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) is a program that allows Illinois excavators who frequently call JULIE the convenience of entering their own locate requests. Locates can be entered and dig numbers obtained without calling JULIE to speak to an agent. Requests can be entered 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

A short training session is required for new RTE users. JULIE is currently offering training at no cost via short Webinar sessions on a weekly basis. To view the dates and times of future sessions and to register online, please select the ‘Sign Up Now’ link on the right.

Onsite training at JULIE is also available upon request.
