Owners and operators of underground utility facilities are required by the Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act to participate in the Illinois One-Call System. However, there may still be some facility owner/operators who are not members of JULIE. For this reason, all underground facilities within the area of your excavation may not be notified by your locate request. You are encouraged to search the area for non-JULIE member and notify them on your own. Be aware that JULIE agents do not have this information or phone numbers.
