The Illinois General Assembly enacted the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.illinois1call.com\/excavatorsafetyguide\/illinois-underground-utility-facilities-damage-prevention-act\/\">Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act<\/a> on January 1, 1991 and it has been updated numerous times since that time.
