The purpose of the meetings is to provide our member utilities and other stakeholders with a forum to share their major projects planned for 2023 and assist each other with forecasting and planning. We will also provide attendees with an overview and update on key damage prevention initiatives happening at JULIE. Click here to see the meeting agenda.
To help us compile a list of major projects taking place, we need our member utilities to provide us with a list of upcoming projects. Click here to see what JULIE defines as a major project.
Any member utility company of JULIE, in good standing, that fully submits required information for its/their upcoming major projects through JULIE’s website, will be eligible to be entered into a drawing to receive a reduction of its/their annual assessment fees up to $5,000 (but not to exceed the total amount of the member’s annual assessment) for the 2024 calendar year. To be eligible, the information submitted must be for all areas in which they perform work (e.g. if a municipality it would include sewer/water, roads, forestry, etc.) and include maps and/or information that adequately describes the work area(s) and the nature/type of work to be performed, by the designated deadline. In addition, at least one (1) member representative must attend a virtual Utility Coordination Meeting. There will only be one (1) assessment reduction drawn from all the eligible participants from all of the Utility Coordinator Meetings.
We have developed an electronic form for utilities to submit major project information to us. To submit your large project(s), click here.
All participants will receive a copy of the compiled list.

|Chance to Win: All registered attendees will be eligible to win one of three $50 VISA gift cards to be given away at each meetings. Any utility who provides large project information in advance will be eligible to win one of three $100 VISA gift cards to be given away at each meeting.|
