Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) is a free, self-service program that JULIE offers to excavators working in Illinois who want to enter and submit their own locate requests. RTE is a web-based application that can be used with any Internet browser. A FREE 90-minute online training is required to use RTE.
To sharpen your RTE skills, JULIE has created a series of short videos illustrating ticket entry techniques and tools used during the ticket entry process. This library is intended to be a resource for all RTE users and Windows Media Player is necessary.
