Are you a professional excavator? Enter multiple locate requests through JULIE’s Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) system.
Always contact JULIE at least two business days—but not more than 14 days—before you plan to start digging. When making a locate request, remember that weekends and holidays are NOT considered business days and locate requests received after 4 p.m. will be processed as if received at 8 a.m. the next business day.
