Created specifically for professional excavators, this self-service program allows you to enter and submit locate requests anytime from anywhere using a web-based application from any Internet browser.

  2. Only RTE users can add attachments to tickets showing photos or maps of the proposed dig area.
  3. Submit your locate requests any time from work, home or mobile office without delay
  4. Enter your own information into the locate request entry form and have access to the same maps and drop-down entry tools as JULIE agents while processing requests
  5. Receive a dig number immediately after the locate request is submitted along with a list of member utility companies that will be notified
  6. Submit NEW requests or EXTEND requests for ongoing projects
  7. Print a copy of your locate request for your records or to send to the job site
