JULIE provides statewide marketing guidelines that all underground utility line owners and operators must follow. These include width and length of markings, distance between marks, company identification, and marking samples.

TICKET LOOK UP
Need specific information on a specific locate request but don’t have the paperwork in front of you? Click here to find out the details using your ticket number. Ticket Look Up provides a quick overview of pertinent information: county, place, address or location, cross street, extent, dig start date and time, expiration date, and the member companies notified as well as a map view of the area.
Every JULIE member is responsible for ensuring that their ticket receiving device is operational 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The sites below are sources for optional ticket receiving and/or management systems.
