Once you enter the E-Request, a JULIE staff member will process the request before the start of the next business day. The legal start date and time will be 2 business days from the time a JULIE staff member processes your locate request.

JULIE offers a self-service, no-cost option for professional excavators working in Illinois who want to enter and submit their own locate requests. Excavators must complete a free, one-hour webinar training course to use Remote Ticket Entry (RTE). Click here to learn more.
