Quality Assurance Ticket

JULIE members can provide ticket-quality related feedback to JULIE staff using this form.  Our Quality Auditors will review all submissions and provide appropriate training and coaching to JULIE Call Center Agents and Remote Ticket Entry users in our effort to ensure that all tickets contain clear and complete information and instructions.
