Locate Request Form

Have the right information handy before you start. Click here to download a Locate Request Form that outlines all the information you’ll need to complete a request. Remember, locate requests received after 4 p.m. are processed as if received at 8 a.m. the following business day. To begin a project on the weekend, contact JULIE before 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

Ticket Look Up

Need information on a specific locate request but don’t have the paperwork? Click here to find out details using the ticket number. Ticket Look Up provides a quick overview of pertinent information: county, place, address or location, cross street, extent, dig start date and time, expiration date, and the member companies notified as well as a map view of the area.

Ticket Delivery

There are several delivery methods available for JULIE members to receive ticketing information:

  • Messages are sent to a specified printer location.
  • Member designates an email address for delivery purposes. Email reception can be plain or in XML format. Extensible Markup Language (XML) can be used by third party applications to parse the information on the ticket and apply it to a pre-organized form or work order system to be used in your organizations internal processes.
  • Messages are sent via fax to a designated machine.
  • A JULIE representative calls the member to manually deliver the message.
