Created specifically for professional excavators, this self-service program allows you to enter and submit locate requests anytime from anywhere using a web-based application from any Internet browser.

RTE is fast and easy to use.
Submit locate requests anytime — from work, home, or your mobile office — without delay.
Enter your own information directly into the locate request form using the same maps and drop‑down tools as JULIE agents.
Add attachments (photos or maps of the proposed dig area) — available exclusively to RTE users.
Receive your dig number instantly after submitting your request, along with a list of member utility companies that will be notified.
Print or save your locate request for your records, to bring to the job site, or as a PDF to email if needed.
Submit new requests or extend existing ones for ongoing projects.
RTE users can also cancel requests if a job will no longer take place or if a correction is needed and a new ticket will be submitted.
